Judy L. Bjornaas serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at NCI Information Systems, Inc. Her responsibilities entail managing accounting and financial operations of the company, including pricing, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining all financial relationships for the company, including banking, leasing, business insurance and audits.
Before joining NCI, Bjornaas was vice president of finance and accounting for I-NET, Inc. from 1987 to 1995. From 1985 to 1987, she worked for Electronic Data Systems in the accounting and financial development training program, and later in internal audit and pricing for the Government Services Group.
Bjornaas earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Mankato State University and a master’s degree from Marymount University. She also is a certified management accountant.
