This past week saw a number of government contracting executives on the move, highlighted by the nomination of former executive Robert Harding to head the TSA Greg Baroni of Attain and Shiv Krishnan of INDUS shared their thoughts on the appointment.

Also making news was Jim Garrettson’s report that Admiral William Fallon was named CEO of the newly formed NeuralIQ Government Services.  Fallon was selected by ExecutiveBiz as one of the “Top 20 People to Watch in 2009.”

Raytheon made a number of promotions in the wake of executive Jon Jones’ untimely passing.

Also, Capgemini named Cyril Garcia strategy director, NGC picked Tony Spehar to lead IPIC and ITT promoted Dave Melcher to senior vice president.

ICFI chose Patrick C. Miller to serve as technical director for NERC CIP, while Boeing head Jim McNerney was picked by Obama to sit on the export councilNGC decided on Paul K. Russell to head up the new space business area, while ManTech appointed H. Christopher Goodrich VP, NSA and Alion settled on new general counsel Thomas McCabe.
