Northrop Grumman is looking for a Cyber Area Strategy Lead The Cyber Area Strategy lead will develop the business strategy and customer relations activities for the Intelligence Systems Division's Cyber Strategy activities, across multiple Business Units and multiple customer organizations. Areas of inclusion are: customers, competitors, vision statement development, opportunity identification (pipeline related), funding availability, risks and risk mitigation recommendations, M&A opportunity analysis, Technology need identification, congressional tracking and advocacy recommendations, advocacy and conscience building across ISD BU's, ISD Management and multi-sectors and the development of the ISD mission area strategy. This position will be part of a high-performing team of intelligence systems (ISD) area leads and will directly support the VP Business Development for ISD and in-directly the VP for Cyber and SIGINT systems BU. Basic Qualifications include o Ten years of broad technical and management experience, associated with the DoD and Intel communities o Demonstrated success in strategy development that is directly related to activities involving US National Cyber Security infrastructure, the USD Intelligence Community and international Security Organization collaboration. o BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related management degrees. o Demonstrated ability to learn and maintain the respect of strong management, technical and intelligence mission-oriented staff; o Effective communicator, capable of effectively translating and presenting complex strategy concepts to both technical and non-technical management and customers, through presentation…
