
Louis Montgomery serves as senior vice president of human resources at Serco Inc., and manages the staffing, individual and organization development, and rewards and recognition programs for the company. Montgomery brings more than 25 years of experience in senior-level staffing, performance management, compensation planning, employee and labor relations, succession planning and diversity management.
Prior to joining Serco, he served as the North American director of human resources for AES Corporation and spent several years as a senior HR professional at several major Fortune 500 firms, including IBM, Frito Lay, Kraft Foods and Phillip Morris.
He has worked in a wide variety of settings, including manufacturing plants, sales office and corporate headquarters and has lived and worked in nine different locations during his career, including a year-long project assignment in Sao Paola, Brazil.
Montgomery holds a senior professional of human resources certification with the Society for Human Resources Management and earned a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
